Is a question I get a lot when I tell people I'm a breathwork facilitator.
Fortunately, I don't have to teach anything, you are constantly breathing — right this moment, in fact. Breathing is a unique process within our bodies, happening both automatically and when we intentionally focus on it. Throughout the day, we breathe anywhere from 23,000 to 26,000 times, each of us with our own unique breathing rhythm. Some of these patterns may have developed unconsciously as coping mechanisms to life's stressors, and we might still find ourselves stuck in certain patterns that no longer benefit us.

Through conscious connected breathing combined with energetic and bodywork techniques, you can bring these ingrained patterns to the surface, allowing them to be released. This process enables you to optimize your breathing pattern, which in turn supports your mental, emotional, and physical well-being. It's all about unlearning & remembering. You are your own teacher.
